Having studied Fine Art at Sheffield Hallam University Ian Ball moved around the country eventually arriving in London where he has been forging a career as a Gastro Pub Manager for various iconic sites. During this time he has continued to paint in his spare time, creating a body of work that at its core shows an interest in the creative process, authorship and the nature of abstract and representational art.
